离子浮选分光光度法测定水中痕量镉——计算机MSM法的应用

    Ion Flotation Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Amount of Cadmium Ion in Water——Application of Computer Simplex Optimization

    • 摘要: 提出采用IBM-PC计算机调优的MSM法进行离子浮选分光光度法富集测定水中痕量镉离子,建立富集和测定镉离子浓度的最优化条件为1% SDS溶液5.60mL,0.02% 5-Br-PADAP 11.30mL,无水乙醇1.00mL,氨性缓冲液(pH=11.0)22.5mL,N2的流速0.035L/min。确定镉离子浓度的线性范围为0.00~0.05mg/L,回收率在95%~106%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%,镉离子的检出限为0.35μg/L。结果表明,方法可靠,重现性好,精密度、精确度和回收率均取得满意结果。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes ion flotation spectrophotometric determination of trace amount of cadmium ion in water modified simplex method (MSM) of multifactor optimization control by means of IBM-PC computer. The optimum condition of determination of cadmium ion can be obtained. An ion flotation spectrophotometric method for determination cadmium ion in water has linearity range 0.00~0.05mg/L, recovery 95%~106%, relative standardd deviation less than 5% and detection limit 0.35μg/L. The optimum experiment conditions for ion flotation as follow: 0.02% 5-Br-PADAP 11.30mL, 1% SDS 5.60mL, ammoniacal buffer solution 22.5mL, non-aqueous alcohol 1.00mL, nitrogen flow rate 0.035 Lmin, respectively. This method has a good feasibility, reproducibility, precision, accuracy and satisfactory recovery ratio.
