正交试验法在无铅黄铜成分设计中的应用

    The Application of Orthogonal Experiment to the Composition Design of Lead-free Brass

    • 摘要: 用正交试验法研究了无铅黄铜制备过程中合金元素Sb、Ce和Ti对合金抗拉强度、抗脱锌性能以及切削性能的影响.通过正交试验法得出最优化合金成分为wCuwZnwSbwCewTi=58:40.5:0.8:0.4:0.3;锑的质量分数是影响合金综合性能的主要因素,其次是Ce含量,Ti影响很小;优化后制备出的合金抗拉强度为461.7 MPa,屈服强度为213.3 MPa,延伸率为15.67%,合金平均脱锌层厚度约为255.05 μm,合金切削性能较好.

       

      Abstract: The composition design of lead-free brass was designed by means of an orthogonal experiment.The impacts of tensile strength,dezincification corrosion resistance and cutting capability from the contents of Sb,Ce and Ti have been investigated.Through orthogonal experiments optimum carbonization technology was established:optimum composite was Cu-0.8Sb-0.4Ce-0.3Ti(wt%),and influence power was Sb>Ce>Ti.The tensile strength,yield strength,elongation,variation of area and the depth of dezincification corrosion resistance of half-hard brass are:461.7 MPa,213.3 MPa,15.67%,295.4 μm(portrait),and 214.7 μm(landscape orientation) respectively.The brass shows excellent cutting capability.
