    • 摘要: 用MNDO半经验分子轨道计算方法对N-磷酰丙氨酸生成的五配位磷中间体的假旋转异构体的结构和性质进行了研究。结果表明这些异构体是高活性的,并且具有不同的反应性质,因此他们可能成为具有多重反应性的合成子.

       

      Abstract: By means of MNDO MO calulations, the structures and properties of pseudo-rotation isomers of an pentacoordinate phosphorus intermediate formed from N-phosphoryl-a-alanine were studied. As it truned out that the isomers are hihgly active and have various reactiveties, therefore they may become synthons with multi-activity.
