    Finite Element Analysis of Liquid Film Lubrication

    • 摘要: 本文介绍采用三角形单元和矩形单元的液膜润滑有限元素法程序特点,对影响数值解精度的诸因素,进行了实例对比分析,表明当三为形单元斜边方向与径向轴承大部区域压力分布梯度方向相同时,则计算结果最好。采用沿边界双三角形单元平均法计算流量,其精度显著改善。

       

      Abstract: This paper gives an introduction to the program characteristics of the finite element analysis on liquid film lubrication triangular and recta-ngular elemente Samples deal with factors influencing the accuracy of numerical solution are also given for a set ocomparison and analysis.
      It is shown that in case thes hypotenuses of triangles pointing to the same direction as the pressure gradient within the region of hat liguid film the best result will be obtained.
      Regarding it as a real volume flow, a method of double-triangular-clement was used to calculate the average flow along the boundary, the result showed that the calculating accuracy will be much improved.
