高强度灰铸铁新型孕育剂的研究

    A Research on A new Type of Inoculant of High Strength Gray Iron

    • 摘要: 本文研究了75FeSi和Re—Si—Fe合金的不同加入量对高强度铸铁性能的影响。研究结果表明,合稀土元素的孕育剂可以降低铸铁的过冷度及形成白口的倾向性,降低硬度及形成气孔的倾向性,可以提高铸铁的抗拉强度。根据研究的结果,熔制了新型Re—Si—Fe合金,用它做孕育剂处理铁水,生产了机床铸件,取得了良好的予期结果。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the effect of different amounts of 75 FeSi and Re-Si-Fe alloy, added to molten iron, on the properties of high strength gray iron is studied. The experimental results obtained show that the addition of a Re inoculant could reduce the undercooling, HB, of the cast iron and its tendency to form primary iron carbides and blowhole; and increase its tensile strength. Based on the research findings, a new type of Re-Si-Fe alloy inoculant is prepared for molten iron. The machine tool castings containing such inoculant have satisfactory properties.
