二元两相射流冲击传热研究

    Two-phase Two-component Jet Impingement Heat Transfer on A Small Vertical Heater

    • 摘要: 研究了用氮气和水同时喷射时的传热规律,在热负荷小于105(W/m2)时,出现了所谓"负温差传热"的特殊现象,在高负荷下,有很高的传热系数,存q=2.8×108(W/m2)时,壁温只有58℃,本实验研究了喷射间距和氮气、水流速对换热的影响,发现在一定条件下都有一个最佳值,同时还测定了横向局部换热系数。

       

      Abstract: Experimental study was performed to measure the local heat transfer coefficient of a small vertical heater impinged with a single jet of N2 gaswater mixture. Very high heat transfer coefficient was recorded at high jet velocity. It was found that heat flux as high as 2.8×108 W/m2 was disspated at room temperature from a heated surface, maintaining low temperature only at 58℃. A low heat flux so called negtivc temperature difference was measured. The effects of jet velocity and nozzle-to-plate spacing were investigated experimentally. This cooling method is proposed to be used in microelectronic devices.
