高速取样示波器时基失真数据获取系统的构建

摘要: 为了提高中国脉冲参数国家基准的准确度,需修正高速取样示波器时基失真.通过对时基失真数学模型的研究可知,时基失真修正算法需要通过实验获取大量多相位和多频率的测量数据,设计了2个获取高速取样示波器时基失真数据的实验方案,均获得了正交相位的多组频率数据,成功获取了50 GHz带宽高速取样示波器的时基失真数据.时基失真修正算法的计算结果表明:实验获取的数据正确;将修正结果应用到中国脉冲参数国家基准系统的测量中,也获得了很好的效果.Abstract: Correcting the time-based distortion of high-speed sampling oscilloscope is needed to improve the accuracy of Chinese pulse parameter national standard. It can be seen from the model research that the time-based distortion correction algorithm needs a large amount of multi-phase and multi-frequency data achieved from the experiment. Two time-based distortion data acquiring systems were designed to acquire the time-based distortion data of high-speed sampling oscilloscope. Both of them acquired orthotropic data with multi-frequency,and successfully obtained the time-based distortion data of 50 GHz high-speed sampling oscilloscope. The result of time-based distortion correction algorithm improved the data right. The result was applied to the measurement of pulse parameter national standard of China,and also had a good effect.
