    • 摘要: 采用 PIN管和射频运算放大器构成中心频率 100 MHZ的二级一阶可调移相器.相位调节范围 0°~ 240°,输出信号幅度变化小于 1dB.

       

      Abstract: An active phase shifter with PIN diode and RF operational amplifier used in 100 MHz has been designed. The range of phase shift is over 0° to 240° , and its output amplitude varies less than 1 dB.
