A Platoon Dispersion Model Based on Lognormal Distribution of Speed

摘要: 针对现有Pacey模型不能较好解决车速服从偏性正态分布的缺陷, 从交通流密度角度提出一种车速对数正态分布的车队离散模型, 当该信号灯由红变绿时, 探讨上游交叉口的排队车辆的速度统计特征对车队在下游道路行驶过程中的离散特性的影响, 从而为下游交叉口的配时方案提供交通量数据基础.最后, 以相邻交叉口信号协调控制为例, 验证了模型的有效性.Abstract: For the shortcomings of Pacey's platoon dispersion model weakly reflecting partial normal distribution in the field situtation, from the density view, the authors developed a platoon dispersion model by assuming the speed following lognormal normal distribution.The model described how statistical characteristics of speed for queuing vehicles at the upstream intersection affected spread of cars along the downstream road, as the platoon moved from an upstream at green phase end time.It could provide traffic data for signal timing plans of the downstream intersection.Finally, numeric computation for coordination of successive signals was presented to illustrate validity of the proposed model.
