锥齿轮单项误差测量仪器的研制

摘要: 针对现行锥齿轮误差测量中存在的问题,研制了数控式锥齿轮单项误差测量仪,实现了对锥齿轮单项误差的高效精密测量.介绍了仪器的工作原理及构成,阐述了锥齿轮单项误差的测量与误差的评定方法,通过对齿距测量和传统的齿圈跳动测量的对比分析,提出了由齿距偏差计算齿圈跳动的方法,并给出了相应的数学模型.Abstract: To solve problems of current bevel gear measurement,the authors developed a CNC-type bevel gear deviations measuring machine,and achieved high precision and efficient inspection.This paper presents the principle of measurement and the configuration of the machine,expounds the measurement technology and the evaluation of bevel gear individual errors,and proposes the mathematical formula of runout derived from pitch error.The formula is based on the analysis between bevel gear pitch error measurement and traditional runout measurement.
