液化天然气冷能发电系统参数分析与工质选择
Parametric Analysis and Working Fluid Selection of Power Generation System Based on LNG Cold Energy

摘要: 为了对液化天然气(liquied natural gas,LNG)冷能发电系统参数及工质选择进行分析,以单级朗肯循环为基础,选取不同工质,对LNG低温冷能发电亚临界循环基本参数进行了模拟分析,确定了几种典型工质的最佳运行参数.结果表明:以系统净发电量为评价标准,工质存在最佳蒸发温度,最佳蒸发温度越高,净发电量越大;结合低温动力循环工质选择原则,最终优选出以R290为低温动力循环系统工质、11.08℃为最佳蒸发温度构建的单级冷能系统净发电量为81.34 kW,研究结果为LNG冷能发电系统的进一步优化提供了参考.Abstract: To analyze the effects of parameters and working fluids on the power generation using LNG cold energy,this paper presents a series of simulation analysis of the basic operation data of the sub-critical Rankin cycle with several typical working fluids.The results show that there is an optimal evaporation temperature by testing output net power of the system,and different working fluids have different optimal evaporation temperature,which affects significantly output net power of the system.R290 is selected as optimal working fluid with net power of 81.34 kW in the optimal evaporation temperature of 11.08 ℃ conditions.The results can be the basis for further optimizing the cold energy power generation system.
