表面处理的橡胶颗粒对混凝土阻尼性能的影响

    Effects of Rubber Particles Treated Surface on Concrete Damping Capacity

    • 摘要: 表面处理的橡胶颗粒对混凝土阻尼性能的影响为了探索橡胶粉对混凝土抗震性能的影响,研究表面处理后的橡胶颗粒对混凝土强度、弹性模量以及阻尼比的影响.试验结果表明:界面处理剂能改善橡胶颗粒与水泥基体界面的薄弱层,当表面处理过的橡胶颗粒掺量小于15%时,混凝土的强度无明显降低,对于加入表面处理过的橡胶颗粒的混凝土构件,加速度的衰减速度随橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而增大;橡胶颗粒的加入,能明显增加混凝土的阻尼比,掺入15%表面处理的橡胶颗粒混凝土,强度损失不大,弹性模量降低13%,阻尼比提高34%,抗震性能得到改善.

       

      Abstract: In order to probe the influence of rubber powder to withstand earthquake performance,the effects of rubber particles treated surface on strength,elastic modulus and damping ratio of concrete were studied.The results show that the weak layer between rubber particles and cement matrix interface is improved by adding interface finishing agent,and the strength of rubberized concrete doesn't decrease significantly when the mixing amount of rubber particles treated surface is below 15%.Damping test of concrete simply supported beam is conducted.The decay rate of acceleration increases with the increasing of mixing amount of rubber particles for concrete members with rubber particles treated surface.In addition,the damping ratio significantly increases with the increasing of mixing amount of rubber particles,and there isn't obvious strength loss with 15% of mixing amount of rubber particles treated surface,elastic modulus decreases to 13%,but damping ratio increases to 34% leading a better seismic performance.
