基于加工单元的制造车间的生产调度研究

    Production Scheduling Research for Workshop Based on Manufacturing Cell

    • 摘要: 针对基于加工单元的制造车间的生产调度问题进行了研究.采用多智能体技术建立基于加工单元的制造车间的调度系统结构,系统由3类智能体构成:管理智能体、任务智能体、加工单元智能体.各智能体通过相互协商、通讯来完成工件加工路径的确定,智能体之间的通讯是采用OMG的CORBA技术实现的.采用遗传算法来确定工件的开工次序及开工时间.系统还对设备故障、急件插入等异常事件给出了处理方案.所开发系统可以解决基于加工单元的制造车间的动态调度问题,能产生任务的最佳调度方案.最后给出了一个调度算例.

       

      Abstract: Research on production scheduling for manufacturing cell based workshop is conducted.The scheduling system structure for manufacturing cell based workshop is established by using Multi-Agent technology.The system consists of Management Agent,Task Agent,and Manufacturing Cell Agent.The machining path is determined through the negotiation and communication of each Agent,and the communication between each Agent is achieved by the CORBA technology of OMG.The machining sequence and start time are determined by genetic algorithm(GA).The solution to machine tool failure,urgent task,and such abnormal affairs is proposed.The system can solve the dynamic scheduling problem for workshop based on manufacturing cell,and the best scheduling for task can be achieved.At last,a scheduling example is demonstrated.
