Abstract: Researches on stratege planning in recent years are reviewed. The concoting of strategy planning and systematical strategy planning are introduced. Its multi-dimensional structure and spiral propulsion structure are proposed. Besides the research methodology of strategy Planning is explained and the developing Prospect is opened up for strategy planning.
