用于ND:YAG锁模激光器单脉冲切取的高压脉冲发生器

    High Voltage Single Pulse Slicer for Mode-locked ND:YAG Laser

    • 摘要: 在传统的Marx-bank电路上加入吸收串而形成的新电路,得到了前沿小于6ns,后沿小于4ns,抖动小于1ns,幅度为3.7kV的高压脉冲。并将此高压脉冲发生器用于ND:YAG主被动锁模激光器中进行单选实验。实验结果表明,选出几率为100%,输出能量不稳定度为±5%。

       

      Abstract: A new circuit comprising a Marx-bank and an avalanche transistor chain absorber obtains a high voltage pulse, the risetime of which is less than 6ns, the downtime less than 3ns, jitter is less than ins and voltage around 3 7kV.This producer is used to select a single mode-locked optical pulse on ND:YAG active-passive mode-locked laser. It has shown that its single pulse selected probability is about 100%, the output unstability is better than ±5%.
