木结构半刚性结点的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Semi-rigid Nodes in Timber Structure Based on Finite Element Method

摘要: 榫、卯单元的部位既不是刚结点,也不是铰结点,而是具有半刚性节点性质的单元.为了准确地逼近这种半刚性的榫卯连接刚度,本文总结了木结构半刚性单元研究进展,建立了便于分析计算的榫、卯有限元模型,利用MSC有限元分析软件得到数值计算结果与十字形试验结果模型相比对,采用响应面方法和优化迭代方法得到榫、卯半刚性单元的参数值.该分析方法和结果可应用于大型木结构整体分析中.Abstract: Because the connection between mortise and tenon is semi-rigid deformation behavior,rather than full rigid or ideally pinned connection,it is a key to accurately approach property of semi-rigid stiffness of mortise and tenon during the numerical simulation.This study summarizes the research of the development of semi-rigid element,and establishes easy computing and analytic finite element model of mortise and tenon.In addition,parameters of the model have been obtained by comparing numerical result using MSC FEM software and the consequence of crossing timber frame experiment through response surface method and optimize interactive theory.The analysis and the result mentioned above could be applied on the study of other entire large-scale ancient wooden architecture.
