重载大跨距横梁承载曲线分析与实验研究

    Load Curve Analysis and Experimental Study of Long Span and Heavy Load Crossbeam

    • 摘要: 针对重载大跨距横梁的承载变形补偿问题进行研究,以提高重型机床产品加工精度为最终目的,提出了一种通过预制起拱曲线来提高机床加工精度的方法.基于有限元分析方法预估弹性横梁静态承载曲线,进而得到横梁起拱曲线,并通过实验对起拱曲线进行验证.该研究为重载大跨距横梁承载曲线的设计、结构优化与反变形加工提供了理论与技术指导.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at solving the load bearing deformation compensation problem of long span and heavy load crossbeam,this paper presents an approach by estimating the arch curve to improve the machining precision of the heavy machine tool product.The estimating load curve was obtained based on the finite element analysis method,and then we get the arch curve which would been verified through measurement experiment in the next step.This study can provide theory and technology guidance for the load curve design,structure design,optimization and reverse deformation processing of the long span and heavy load crossbeam.
