基于有限元方法的汽轮机叶片动强度评估

    Dynamic Strength Evaluation of Steam Turbine Blades Based on the Finite Element Method

    • 摘要: 为克服Campbell图在确定叶片共振点时产生的虚假信息给工程设计和分析带来的干扰,采用有限元方法对整圈叶片的固有频率和振型进行了分析计算.在整圈计算结果的基础上,根据共振条件并借助于SAFE图,提出了确定共振点的一般方法.利用该方法对某汽轮机叶片进行了动强度评估分析.结果表明,该方法可用于叶片设计和叶片事故分析.

       

      Abstract: As the Campbell diagram is used to evaluate the strength of blades,it predicts false resonant points. This causes difficulty in blade design in engineering.To overcome the deficiency,a new approach was presented.Based on the finite element computation of the fundamental frequencies and modes of blade assembles, by using the SAFE Diagram,the dynamic strength of blade is evaluated in the way of finding out the real resonant points.The application example showed that the proposed procedure can be used in the stage of blade design or in accident analysis of blades.
