To analyze the terahertz (THz) information of materials,this paper mainly proposes a method of reducing the noise impact during extracting optical parameters of the sample from terahertz time-domain spectrum.By taking the case of Zn
0.90Cd
0.10Te〈110〉 single crystal as a sample,we detect and analyze its THz time-domain transmission spectroscopy.Specific calculation steps of extracting sample's THz band refractive index and absorption coefficient are provided.Using mathematical software,we get Zn
0.90Cd
0.10Te〈110〉 single crystal's refractive index and absorption coefficient in the THz band.In experiment data processing,we effectively reduce the noise impact,and this method can be widely used in THz transmission spectrum analysis.
