Ce:BaTiO3晶体中的各向异性圆锥型散射的初步研究

    Study on the Anisotropic Conical Scattering in Ce:BaTiO3 Crystal

    • 摘要: 在掺Ce浓度为10×10-6的Ce:BaTiO3晶体中同时观察到了两种在e光入射下的各向异性圆锥型散射,其中一种是很少见报道的分成4瓣的散射光锥.假设其中一种光锥的进一步散射产生了另一种光锥,分别用光折变三波耦合理论以及光生伏特效应理论进行了解释.两种散射光锥的张角的理论计算值与实验测量值符合得非常好,证明了用这两种理论进行解释的正确性同时也证明这两种散射可同时存在于一种晶体之中,而且它们之间还可能存在着一定的联系.

       

      Abstract: By the incidence of an e-polarized laser beam on a Ce:BaTiO3 crystal, whose doping concentration was 10×10-6, two types of anisotropic conical scattering were observed, in which a conic with four-fragment was rarely reported. By hypothesizing one conic produce the other one, the two types of scattering have been explained with photorefractive-three-wave-mixing and photovoltaic effect, respectively. The calculated values of the apex angles of the conies were in good agreement with the measured ones in our experiment. Thus, it was verified that, those two types of scattering could be explained by those two theories. And it was also verified that, those two types of scattering, with certain relation, could exist in a same crystal.
