表面活性剂控制金属醇盐水解制备纳米TiO2粉体

    Preparation of TiO2 Nano-powder by Hydrolyzing Titanate Controlled by Surfactant

    • 摘要: 为了在用钛盐进行水解制备TiO2时控制水解速度以尽量减少团聚,提出利用表面活性剂的分散和包覆 作用来制备纳米级TiO2.以钛酸四丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)为原料,在其乙醇溶液中加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS),然后滴加到沸水中进行水解制备纳米级TiO2粉体.用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和热分析技术(TG-DTA)对样品的晶粒大小、晶体结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,表面活性剂的加人是形成纳米级TiO2的关键因素,制备出的纳米TiO2颗粒不经过烧结就具备了锐钛矿结构,并且在沸水呈碱性的条件下制备出的TiO2颗粒的尺寸要比酸性条件下的小.另外讨论了表面活性剂的种类、加入量以及pH对制备TiO2纳米颗粒的影响.

       

      Abstract: In order to control the hydrolysis speed of titanate and decrease aglomeration as far as possible while preparing TiO2, the function of surfactant of dispersion and cladding was used. TiO2 nano-powder was prepared by hydrolyzing ethanol solution of Ti(OBu)4 with DBS surfactant in boiling water. The characteristics of TiO2 powder were studied by XRD,TEM and TG-DTA techniques. The results show that the surfactant plays a crucial role in the preparation of TiOr nano-powder. The phase structure of the nano-powder is anatase without calcination. In addition, the size of the powder prepared in acidic solution is bigger than in alkaline solution. The influences of the kind and amount of surfactant and pH on the preparation of TiOr nano-powder were also discussed.
