风力机叶片的红外热成像无损检测的数值研究

    Numerical Analysis of NDT of Wind Turbine Blades Using Infrared Imaging

    • 摘要: 针对大型风力机叶片的典型材料中可能存在的典型缺陷,以脉冲红外热成像法检测风力机叶片的内部气孔为例,建立了轴对称非稳态导热模型,应用ANSYS软件,进行计算机模拟计算,得到模型在脉冲加热-冷却阶段任一时刻的温度场和热流场以及有缺陷区及无缺陷区对应表面温度及温差的变化趋势,从理论计算的角度揭示了红外热成像检测材料内部缺陷的机理,同时验证了应用红外热成像技术无损检测材料内部缺陷的可能性.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at locating those typical defects possibly existing in large scale wind turbine blade materials, this article established an axial symmetrical non-steady state heat conduction model, which described how to test air holes inside the wind turbine blades using pulse infrared imaging, and got the temperature field and heatflux field of any time during pulse heating-cooling stage, as well as the surface temperature and temperature differences between defective area and sound area by ANSYS simulation calculation. From theoretical calculation, the author also reveal the mechanism of inner defects test by infrared imaging, which also validate the feasibility of NDT of inner defects by using infrared imaging.
