Analysis on Energy Savings in Ice Storage System by Design

摘要: 介绍了冰蓄冷系统的两种基本系统形式:串联和并联系统,并介绍了3种节能设计方法:串联泵、变频和冷机旁通.通过对某工程实例的模拟计算,对比分析了这10种系统设计方案的节能效果.结果表明,与普通单泵的串联系统相比,采用串联泵的串联系统有很好的节能效果;采用冷机旁通阀的方案尽管节能较小,但仅仅增加了一条带等压平衡阀的支路,投资很小,是一种经济实用的节能方法;采用变频泵可大大降低泵的能耗,尤其是在不同工况和冷负荷情况下流量改变较大的泵上采用变频技术,则节能效果更加明显.Abstract: Two kinds of ice storage system are introduced: series system and parallel system. Three means to save energy in the design of ice storage system, including secondary pump, variable speed pumps and by-pass valve, are discussed and compared by the simulation and calculation of an engineering case. The result indicates some conclusions. Series system adopting secondary pump has good ability of energy savings. By-pass valve is an economical and effective means of energy savings, since it only needs a small investment for a decent efficiency. Variable speed pumps have great ability of energy savings, especially to the pumps with big flux changing. Some other economical and effective means of energy savings are proposed at the end.
