摘要: 设计出一种新型振动缔机构.该机构的自由度数大于机构的摘人构件数,机构的运动徽分方程是强非线性的.数值分析表明,振动筛机构的动态响应是非周期的,且敏感地依核于初始条件.这种浑沌特性恰能满足使振动筛产生不均匀运动的设计要求.Abstract: A new vibration sieve mechanism is designed in this paper. The degrees of freedom of the mechanism is greater than the number of the input links. The dynamic equations of the system are nonlinear. Numerical analysis reveals that the dynamic responses of the sieve mechanism are nonperiodic and initial condition sensitive. This chaotic behavior satisfies the uneven motion requirement of the vibration sieve.
