高耗能间隙式黏胶阻尼器的试验研究

    Experimental Study on High Energy Dissipation Clearance Viscous Damper Filled With Silica Cement

    • 摘要: 为减轻结构地震反应,研制了一种间隙式黏胶阻尼器,给出了所研制阻尼器的滞回模型理论公式和串联动态刚度的统一计算公式,并根据试验数据给出了各参数的工程参考数值.在分析黏胶阻尼器动态刚度的基础上,提出了阻尼器耗能性能评价指标的概念,并对该类阻尼器进行了耗能失效定量分析.试验结果表明,该阻尼器具有滞回曲线饱满、结构简单、不泄漏介质、自我保护等良好特性,是一种高耗能的黏滞阻尼器.

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the seismic response of structures,a sort of viscous damper is developed by using a silicon-based polymer material as the viscous medium which more energy can be expended when the damper works.The expressions of hysteresis loops and dynamic stiffness of the damper are also discussed.The evaluating criterion of energy dissipation capacity for designed damper is developed,and the calculational method of the parameter is given on the basis of experimentation.Some superior features are proved through the experiments on the damper,such as plump hysteresis loops,simple structure,no leakage of viscous medium, self-protection.
