    Temperature Dependence of Raman Cross Section for Stokes and Antistokes Process

    • 摘要: 论述了stokes与antistokes过程喇曼散射截面的温度依赖关系.将这种关系应用于LiNbO3晶体样品温度的原位测量,发现这种测量温度的方法有较高的精度,对于一些难于直接测温的样品很有效.通过对BaTiO3喇曼散射514 cm-1峰stokes及antistokes相对散射强度的比较,结果BaTiO3的铁电相变更接近于有序-无序型机制.

       

      Abstract: The temperature dependence of Raman Cross section for both stokes and antis-tokes process is discussed. This dependence is used for the in-siru temperature measurement of LiNbO3 crystal, which turns out to have a good accuracy and to be useful for samples whose temperature can not be measured directly. In addition, according to this dependence, it is found that the order-disorder mechanism of BaTiO3 phase transition agrees with the experimental results better by comparing the temperature dependence of Raman cross section for several models.
