Abstract: After raising the compression ratio of a gasline engine of double fuel system with gasline and methanol, its effect on the intake and exhaust temperature, wall temperature, engine performance and exhaust emissions has been investigated. Experimental results show that the maximum torque of a gasline engine of double fuel system with gasline and methanol increases by 12% and the specific heat comsump-tion of it decreases by 5~10%.
