稀土对钼粉还原行为及性能影响

    A Study of Effect of Rare Earth on the Reduction Behavior of Molybdenum Oxide and Property of Molybdenum Powder

    • 摘要: 采用热分析、X射线衍射、程序升温还原及光电子能谱等方法研究了稀土元素对钼粉还原行为及性能的影响.实验结果表明,稀土离子与钼离子之间的相互作用使得氧化铝的还原温度降低,且稀土氧化物对钼粉具有明显的细化作用.Mo粉表面的RE2O3微粒可以增加光电子的非弹性散射自由程,减小Mo基体的特征能量损失峰,增加Mo3d光电子谱峰强度.

       

      Abstract: The reduction behavior of RE2O3 doped molybdenum oxide and the effect of RE2O3 on the property of molybdenum powder have been studied by the methods of TG-DTS,X-ray diffraction,temperature programmed reduction,and X-ray photoelectron spectrum.Experimental results show that the interaction between the rare earth ion and molybdenum ion leads to the decrease of reduction temperature of molybdenum oxide and RE2O3 could decrease the particle size of molybdenum by the pining effect of RE2O3 on molybdenum grain.Moreover,RE2O3 nanoparticles on the surface of molybdenum powder increase the free length of inelastic scattering of photo-electrons,decrease the intensity of feature energy loss peak of molybdenum substrate and increase the intensity of Mo3d peak.
