    • 摘要: 本文论述了超导量子干涉器件的基本理论及其在射频计量中应用的原理,计量误差和克服方法,并提出了实现射频计量的一种方案。此方案为反射式,采用辐度和相位同时检测和显示,由自动读出系统取得计量结果。

       

      Abstract: The fundamental theory of superconducting quantum interference devices and its principle of application for RF metrology, error and amendment is descrifed. Then, a method to realize the RF metrology is developed in this paper. It is a reflective method. The amplitude and phase will fe detected and indicated simultaneocosly The result will fe oftained from automatic-readout system.
