闭口型压型钢板-再生混凝土组合楼板的受弯性能
Flexural Behavior of the Recycled Aggregate Concrete Composite Slabs With Closed-Section Steel Deck

摘要: 为了解再生混凝土组合楼板的受弯性能, 进行了闭口型压型钢板-再生粗骨料混凝土组合楼板在重复荷载作用下的弯曲性能试验, 研究了不同钢筋构造措施和不同厚度的再生粗骨料混凝土组合楼板的受弯性能, 并与普通混凝土组合楼板的受弯性能进行了比较, 给出了闭口型压型钢板-再生粗骨料混凝土组合楼板的受弯极限承载力计算和挠度验算方法.研究结果表明:与压型钢板-普通混凝土组合楼板相比, 再生粗骨料混凝土组合楼板的受弯承载力及刚度降低幅度较小, 经过合理设计, 可以应用于实际工程结构;在再生混凝土组合楼板中采取钢筋桁架加强构造措施, 可以明显提高组合楼板的受弯性能.Abstract: In order to investigate the flexural behavior of recycled aggregate concrete composite slab, the repeated load tests of recycled coarse aggregate concrete and normal concrete composite slabs with closedsection steel deck were carried out. Based on the tests, the flexural behavior of recycled coarse aggregate concrete composite slabs with different constructional measures and thickness was analyzed and compared with that of normal concrete composite slabs. The methods of calculating ultimate moment and deflection of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete composite slab with closed-section steel deck were advised. The results show that, compared to normal concrete composite slab, the recycled coarse aggregate concrete composite slab has slightly smaller flexural load-bearing capacity and stiffness. So, it can be applied in actual engineering structures through reasonable designing. Adding reinforcement truss into the recycled aggregate concrete can obviously increase the flexural performance of composite slab.
