摘要: 提出了分数阶次谱矩的概念,并对三维表面粗糙度的纹理方向性进行了详细研究.通过对几种典型的精密机械加工试件的实验分析,结果表明,用二阶表面谱矩中的分数阶次矩,可以更合理、准确和定量地反映不同加工表面的纹理类型及方向性.Abstract: The authors present a method characterizing the 3-D surface texture and anisotropy by means of the fractional order power spectrum moment. After the experimental analysis on some typical fine machining specimens, the results show that the 3-D machining surface textures can be characterized by the fractional order power spectrum moment, and this new method is reasonable, exact and quantitative.
