摘要: 设计了一种横向旋转磁场发生装置,通过调节低频载波的频率和高频调幅波的占空比来控制旋转磁场的旋转速度和磁感应强度的幅值.将该装置应用于TIG焊,结合理论分析和试验手段,揭示了横向旋转磁场作用下TIG焊电弧的运动机制.结果表明,横向旋转磁场作用下TIG焊电弧有规律地作交替进行的旋转运动和偏移运动,并且电弧的旋转半径和旋转速度都是变化的.Abstract: A transverse rotating magnetic field generator is designed,in which the rotating speed and the maximum amplitude of magnetic flux density are separately controlled by frequency of carrier wave and duty cycle of modulated wave.Based on theoretical analysis and test,the moving mechanism of TIG arc is found when applying the generator to TIG.The experiment results show not only the TIG arc is regularly rotating and offsetting,but also both the rotating speed and the rotating radius are variable.
