Abstract: The rapid development of information technology makes it necessary for power enterprises to build the Electricity-utilization Management Information System based on C/ S(client / server) mode. This article mainly discusses the architecture of the system, conceptions, methods and related techniques of system design, especilly its database design. This system is designed and developed strictly according to the standard and process of software engineering by the method in combination with prototyping and falling.
