纳米铜镍复合粉的化学合成及表征

    Chemical Synthesis and Characterization of Nanometer-Scale Copper and Nickel Compound Powder

    • 摘要: 采用硫酸铜、硫酸镍为主要原料,调整它们的配比,以联氨为还原剂,在60℃左右反应生成了纳米金属铜镍复合粉,并采用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪和带能谱分析仪的扫描电镜进行了粒度、形貌及成分等分析.所获得的铜镍复合粉粒度平均为40nm.从反应的热力学分析计算证明了反应进行的可行性.

       

      Abstract: Nanometer-scale copper and nickel compound powder has been prepared by using CuSO4 5H2O and NISO4 6H2O as raw materials and N2H4 H2O as reducing agent at 60℃. The size, appearance and composition of the compound powder have also been analyzed by TEM, XRD and SEM with EDS. The average size of the compound powder is 40 urn. The feasibility of reducing course can be testified by thermodynamics calculation.
