车削加工残余应力分布规律的实验研究

    • 摘要: 为了解决X射线车削剥层法残余应力测试中剥层方案的选择和抛光深度的确定的问题,应用单因素实验法研究了φ120低碳钢圆筒在不同车削条件下的残余应力分布状态,分析了进给量、车削速度和车削深度3个参量的变化对车削加工残余应力分布的影响规律.结果表明:车削参量对残余应力的分布影响很大,随车削深度的增加,残余应力影响层深度明显增加,当车削深度为0.25、0.75mm时,应力影响层深度分别为0.2、0.8mm;进给量和车削速度对表面残余应力影响较大,随进给量和车削速度的增大.表面残余拉应力增大.

       

      Abstract: To select appropriate cutting parameters and define the depth in residual stress measurement by stripping layer method,machining residual stress distribution is studied under various cutting parameters by X-ray method.And the effects of cutting parameters such as cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth on machining residual stress were analyzed.The experiment results show that cutting parameters affect the distribution of machining residual stress at a certain extent.And every parameter shows different effect on stress.Cutting depth mainly affects the distribution depth of residual stress.With cutting depth increasing, the latter increases.When cutting depth is separately 0.25 mm and 0.75 mm,the distribution depth of residual stress becomes 0.2 mm and 0.8 mm respectively.The feed rate and speed affect the surface residual stress largely.And the surface tensile residual stress increases linearly with the increasing of the feed rate and speed.
