Abstract: This article investigated typical abnormal seismic electrical signals, which were receivect by seismic electrical pulse instrument located in Beijing University of technology, and the carried out frequency analysis by theory of Fourier Transform and Wavelet Transform, finally found out the frequency characteristics and the frequency range. The results show that the above mentioned abnormal seismic electrical signals are useful ground-wave signals.
