参数独立可调的MOCCII电流模式滤波器

    MOCCII-based Current Mode Filter With Parameters Being Adjusted Independently

    • 摘要: 为了设计多功能电流模式滤波器和进行滤波器的调谐,提出了一种参数独立可调的二阶电流模式滤波器的信号流图及与之相应的MOOCII(多端输出的第2代电流传输器)电流模式滤波器.该滤波器由3个MOCCII、3个电容及4个电阻构成,能产生低通、带通、高通、带阻及全通滤波输出.滤波器的固有频率及品质因数等参数能独立可调,且具有很低的有源及无源灵敏度.对提出的电路进行了计算机模拟,结果证明提出的电路是正确的.

       

      Abstract: In order to design multiple function current mode filter and make tune to filters, the authors present a signal flow graph of second order current mode filter and its corresponding MOCCII-based current mode filter whose parameters can be adjusted independently. The filter circuit is constructed by three MOCCIIs, three capacitors and four resistors. It can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass filtering outputs. The parameters (natural frequency and quality factor) of the filter can be adjusted independently. Moreover, the passive sensitivity and active sensitivity of the filter are very low. The proposed curcuit is computer-simulated and proved to be correct.
