天然气、CO2重整催化反应的研究(Ⅱ)——积炭的防止

    A Series Study in Reform of the Reaction System of Synthesis Gas to CO2 (Ⅱ)——Prevention of Carbon Deposition

    • 摘要: 以前期筛选出的对CH4、CO2转化反应良好的Ni-5、Ni-5PM为催化剂,以天然气代替CH4,考察天然气、CO2反应体系.结果表明:Ni-5、Ni-5PM对天然气-CO2有较高的转化活性,但此体系由于天然气中的高烃高温裂解脱氢在反应管壁产生大量炭,而此炭不能通过催化剂消除,为此通过筛选比较,选择了消炭剂此并主要考察了它对反应体系的影响.

       

      Abstract: Ni-5, Ni-5PM were selected, by previous study, as catalyst according to their good performance upon the reaction of CH4 to CO2. Based on this selection, natural-gas/CO2 is used to replace CH4/CO2 reaction system. the experimenntal results show that Ni-5 and Ni-5PM have a fairly high conversion activity upon natural gas/CO2. But in reaction, the defect is the carbon formed by cracking of high hydracarbon deposits in reactor. To prevent such deposition, "carbon remover A"(CRA) is added. As it turns out that CRA effectively prevents carbon deposition in reactor while having slightly effect on synthesis yield, catalysis activity, selectivity, stability, and doesn't enter into exit gases.
