Abstract: This article discusses a method that can help us to understand and analyse a issue from both the obverse and the reverse sides through combining verification interrelation with verification irrelevance. The principles of the transformation between interrelation and irrelevance of conditional interrelation are explained. Moreover the important role played by these research achievements in understanding and controlling social phenomenon is expounded.
