ZnWO4单晶生长及其掺杂改性的研究
Study on Growth of ZnWO4 Single Crystal and Improvement Properties of Doped ZnWO4

摘要: 介绍钨酸锌单晶的生长及掺杂各种氧化物对晶体性能的影响,并对ZnWO4:Mg,ZnWO4:Cd,ZnWO4:Sb,ZnWO4:Ti,ZnWO4:Ge,ZnWO4:Ce晶体的发光效率进行了测定。结果表明,如果其吸收限移向高能端,相应的发光效率有所增加。Abstract: This paper introduces the growth of ZnWO4 single crystal and the effect of varied doped oxides on properties of crystals, and determines the luminous efficiency of ZnWO4:Mg, ZnWO4.Cd, ZnWO4:Sb, ZnWO4:Ti, ZnWO4:Ge, ZnWO4:Ce.Comparision of these shows that if the absorption limit moves to the end of higher energy, the luminous effeiciency increases.
