多模态智能控制策略及其在化纤工业空调控制系统中的应用

    Multi-mode Intelligent Control Strategy and Its Applications to Air-condition Control System of Chemical Fiber Industry

    • 摘要: 设计了一种以微处理器为核心的组合式空调控制器,并针对中央空调控制过程中空气介质的温度、相对湿度等多变量控制参数的非线性特征,提出了一种包含比例控制、模糊控制和模糊PID控制的多模态控制策略.并以某一厂房侧吹风系统为被控对象,进行了仿真实验研究,控制精度可达到 Δt ≤ 0.5℃,ΔHr≤3%,ΔP≤3 Pa,实验结果表明了系统设计的可行性.

       

      Abstract: A kind of combination air-condition controller with microprocesser as the core is designed and the hardware arid software are also introduced. A kind of multi-mode strategy which includes proportion control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control is put forward to cope with the multi-variable nonlinear characteristics of the air medium. The side-wind system of a workshop building is taken as an object for the emulation experiment research. The experimental results proves the feasibility of the system design (Δt≤0.5℃, ΔHr≤ 3%,ΔP ≤ 3Pa).
