    Application of ArcView GIS to the Management of Beijing Air Quality

    • 摘要: 以北京市大气质量常规监测数据为基础,利用ArcView GIS桌面地理信息系统技术,结合最新的ActiveX开发方式,设计并建立了北京市大气质量监测管理信息系统。探讨了系统开发的构想与目标、系统分析与设计、系统开发及系统应用等主要技术问题。该系统能完成空间数据和属性数据的输入、修改、查询等数据管理工作,还具有污染数据的空间分析、趋势分析、制图制表等功能。它具有界面友好、形象直观、使用方便等特点。

       

      Abstract: The supervisory and management information system of Beijing air quality (MISBAQ) was designed and developed by means of the geography information system (GIS) ActiveX development mode.The authors have studied the main technological problems,including the development format and aim of MISBAQ and the analysis,design,development and application of MISBAQ.The MISBAQ has the main and basic function of import,output,correction and inquiry of the spatial and attribute data,the spatial analysis function,the trend analysis function and the chart-making function.The MISBAQ has some unique features such as friendly application interface,and convenient operation and maintenance.The MISBAQ is important to the management of Beijing air pollution data.
