水性聚氨酯乳液性能影响因素的研究

摘要: 由聚醚,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料制备水性聚氨酯乳液胶粘剂.研究了DMPA用量的改变及在DMPA用量不变的情况下,R值(即n(NCO)/n(OH)值)的改变对乳液性能的影响.结果表明,R值的改变对胶膜的吸水率、力学性能、热稳定性等均产生重要的影响.Abstract: Aqueous polyurethane emulsion adhesive was prepared from polyether toluene diisocynate (TDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA). The effects of DMPA dosage and the variation of R value(n (NCO)/n (OH)) at a fixed DMPA dosage on the properties of emulsion were determined. Results show that the variation of DMPA dosage and R value has great effects on hygroscopicity, mechanic and thermal properties of emulsion-cast film.
