摘要: 本文以OCr25Al5为例,对稀土元素在焊接电弧高温作用下过渡的可能性进行了研究,从热力学计算和试验结果证明了稀土元素焊丝过渡和焊条药皮过渡是可行的,并在此基础上对影响稀土元素过渡系数的诸因素进行了试验研究。Abstract: The possibility of the transfer of the rare-earth elements at high temperature in. the process of the arc welding is investgated. An example of welding of OCr25Al5 steel is given.
The thermodynamic calculation and the experimental results proved that it is possible to transfer rare-earth into a welding pool.
Based upon this conclusion experimental studies of various factors affecting on transfer efficiencies of rare-earth elements are also carried out.
