用优化弹簧改善含间隙机构的动态特性

    Improvement of Characteristics of a Linkage with Clearances by Using an Optimal Spring

    • 摘要: 首次考察了一个含间隙平面四杆机构的震动力,震动力矩和输入扭矩。提出了用优化弹簧避免间隙副元素分离和改善机构动态特性应注意的问题和实施方法,并通过数值计算证明了此方法的合理性和有效性。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyses the shaking force, shaking moment and input torque of a planar 4-bar mechanism with clearances and makes some suggestions on how to use an optimal spring to improve the characteristics of the mechanism. The reasonableness and effectiveness of the method proposed are verified through numerical calculations.
