注浆加固非饱和土地层控制大断面地铁隧道施工沉降效果分析

    Big-Section Subway Tunnel Construction Cause Settlement and Deformation Under the Grouting Reinforce Unsaturated Soil

    • 摘要: 依托北京地铁十号线花园东路站—八达岭高速站区间隧道的施工建设,通过实地取样、电镜扫描、室内直接剪切和压缩试验等方法研究了注浆与未注浆加固土体的微观结构和力学性质的差异性,探讨了非饱和土体注浆加固机理,并将相关指标应用到计算模型的参数取值中.结合以上研究成果和现场勘察资料,利用三维有限差分软件FLAC3D建立反映地层实际分布状况的数值分析模型,分析了未注浆与注浆后施工隧道围岩内的应力、竖向位移情况,对比分析了沉降实际监测数据,得出后续数值模拟施工步序,为施工步序优化提供了依据.

       

      Abstract: On the basis of Beijing subway line 10 from Huayuandonglu station to Badaling highway station 3-3 section engineering construction,by sampling at field,interior shearing,and triaxial tests,the microstructure and mechanical property of soil before and after grouting reinforcement are studied and contrasted.The unsaturated soil grouting reinforce mechanism is discussed and its related data are used to calculate the model parameters.With previous research findings and exploration research data at the field,using limited difference software FLAC3D,the numercial analysis model is established for reflecting actual formation distribution.The tunnel surrounding rock stress and vertical displacement in grouting or without grouting construction conditions are analyzed and the data are used to compare with the actual monitoring data.Results of the model can be used in further construction.
