    • 摘要: 本文提出一种压力泵中电磁马达含外壳的衬套应力计算新方法.考虑了前体部分-轴承护罩(左边)和马达定子(右边)之间的衬套应力变形状态.确定了危险截面上最大应力,以及外壳厚度和工艺间隙对应力的影响.

       

      Abstract: In this article a new calculation technique for stresses in the bush sleeve (shell), strengthened by a case, pulled on it, in the electromotor of the pressurized pump is offered. A stressed-deformed state of the bush sleeve area between the front body part-- a bearing shield (on the left side) and a stator of the motor (on the right side) is considered. A maximum stress in the bush sleeve in the dangerous cross-section and the effect on its value of the casing thickness and technological gap is determined.
