辅助混合动力电动汽车的技术研究(Ⅰ)——电机驱动与辅助动力发动机部分

    Study on the Technology of Auxiliary Hybrid Electric Vehicle (Ⅰ)——Motor drive and auxiliary power engine

    • 摘要: 为延长纯电动汽车的续驶里程,提出了一种辅助混合动力电动汽车:以电池一直流电机为主驱动,辅助动力发动机直接驱动电动汽车耗能量较大的车用负载,同时也可作为一种发电设备对车载蓄电池进行能量补充.设计了直流电机和辅助发动机的电控系统,并对辅助发动机在实验台架上进行了电控参数的优化.在电控系统和三元催化器的作用下,辅助发动机的主要排放物CO平均降低了72%、HC平均降低了37%、NOx平均降低了11%.

       

      Abstract: In order to prolong the endurance mileage of pure electric vehicle, a kind of auxiliary hybrid electric vehicle is introduced: the battery and dc motor is used as primary driver, the auxiliary power engine is used for driving the high power accessories, and it can be also used as a generator power to charge the battery of electric vehicle. The electric control system for dc motor and auxiliary power engine of the vehicle is designed respectively. The auxiliary power engine is optimized by adjusting the electric control parameter on the engine experimental equipment Under the action of electric control system and three way catalytic converter, the engine's emission CO is decreased by about 72%, HC is decreased by about 37%, NOx is decreased about 11%, averagely.
