    • 摘要: 用有限元法对微驱动器进行计算分析,采用Newton-Raphson法进行非线性迭代,首次获得微驱动器的角偏转刚度计算结果,并将计算结果与日本铃森康-等人的实验结果进行了比较.

       

      Abstract: The finite element method (EFM) is applied to the nonlinear analysis of microactuator by adopting Newton-Raphon. The calculated results of the angular stiffness of flexible microactuator is obtained at first time, and are compared with the Koichi Suzumori's experimental data.
