大型观览车滚动轴承的声发射特性

    Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Rolling Bearings for Giant Wheel

    • 摘要: 介绍了观览车模拟装置低速滚动轴承的声发射试验,从累加值和平均值2个方面进行了声发射信号的参数统计分析.研究发现:观览车在整个运行历程中,部分参数的累加值和平均值随运转圈数的变化呈“上升—下降—水平”的趋势,且以有效值电压(RMS)最为明显.进一步分析发现:对应RMS曲线峰值点的信号,其RMS历程图有明显的四峰值特征,且在能量与幅度关联图中明显地被区分,这为观览车轴承的健康评价提供了依据.

       

      Abstract: This paper presents acoustic emission experimental research of low-speed rolling bearings on giant wheel simulation device.Statistical analysis of acoustic emission signal parameters have been done both from accumulated and averaged value.The statistical value changes of some parameters showed a tendency of "up-down-level" during the whole process,and the RMS curve is most representative.Then further analysis of peak point signals on RMS curve has been carried out.The RMS-Time graph of signals had a clear four-peak feature and different signals can be distinguished in the Energy-Amplitude graph.These results provided a useful reference data for the future health monitoring of giant wheel bearings.
